Recipe: Elvis Smoothie Keeps You Fit Like a King (or Queen)

Here’s a healthy recipe that’s fit for “the King.” Courtesy of Jenn Adams of Fresh Thymes Café in Wilmington.

Elvis Smoothie

  • 1 organic banana
  • 2 cups kale
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao
  • 1 teaspoon raw cacao nibs
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 2 cups coconut milk or coconut water
  • sprinkle of cinnamon

Place all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth consistency. Pour in glass and enjoy.
