Billy Lucas is determined to elevate the humble taco in Rehoboth Beach. He is the chef and co-owner of Taco Reho, one of the first food trucks to roll its way toward Lower Delaware. From a lot shared with Big Chill Surf Cantina and Liquid surf shop, he plies traditional Mexican favorites with experimental flourishes.
