This Wilmington Beer Week Beer Dinner Features Local Flavors



Beer lovers—rejoice! This week marks the return of Wilmington Beer Week, a celebration of craft breweries featuring dinners, tap takeovers, meet the brewers and more.

One such special event is this Friday at Market Kitchen & Bar, located in the Hilton Christiana. Master brewer Mike Anderson of Big Oyster Brewery will present a variety of unique beer styles, paired with creative farm-to-table dishes fashioned by Market Kitchen & Bar’s executive chef Robert A. Fratticcioli, executive sous chef Gary Callahan and chef Kara Dotts.

This five-course dinner and five beer pairings is all-inclusive and $60 per person. Enjoy food and beer combinations like roasted butternut squash ravioli paired with Shuckin’ Pumpkin Ale.

Dinner begins at 7 p.m.; to make reservations call 631-1551 or visit opentable.com. If you’re too full of food and beer to drive, discounted room rates are available for only $89.
