Its famous beer dinners are coming this month to the newest 2SP in Kennett. Six courses will be paired with six craft beers for $75 per person (including gratuity), beginning Jan. 27, at 6:30 p.m. Here’s the menu. Start with Lake Erie steelhead gravlax with Concord grape caviar, smoked pears and apple-fennel crema over micro mustard greens. Continue with croquettes for dipping in Old Bay fondue with pommes purée and jumbo lump crab. Step 3: pork cheeks braised in Yards beer with broccoli rabe, aged provolone, roasted sesame seeds and liscio romesco. The stars: pan-seared venison loin with Quaker oats risotto, roasted beets, Kennett mushroom ragout, shoofly gastrique and scrapple salt, as well as dry-aged Pittsburgh rib eye with pickled baby vegetables, tomato confit, Gruyere emulsion, gaufrette potato and pastrami spice.
