We All Scream for Ice Cream


We certainly enjoy ice cream all year long, but in 1984, President Ronald Reagan decided July should be proclaimed National Ice Cream Month, and the third Sunday of the Month should be National Ice Cream Day (this year, July 19). Who are we to argue?

It’s a cool treat enjoyed by 90 percent of the nation’s population, according to the International Dairy Foods Association. Here are some great places to pay homage to ice cream all summer long. You may even see a cow or two.
