Ditch the grocery store this week and celebrate the Wilmington food scene, as City Restaurant Week has returned. From Monday, April 3, through Saturday, April 8, check out the 16 area eateries offering prix fixe options for lunch and dinner. That means two-course lunch menus for $15 and three-course dinner menus for $35.
