The fast-casual eatery is owned by Dmitry Gorin and Yauhen Yurhelevich and is located just steps away from Rosenfeld’s, Minh’s Bistro and the Beef Jerky Outlet on Route 1. The menu is 100 percent gluten and dairy-free and 90 percent vegan.

The concept centers around a build-your-own-bowl menu that starts at $13.49. Diners pick two bases (spinach, kale, brown rice, quinoa, red potatoes, for example), two veggies, seeds, a protein, two add-ons and a sauce, like mango habanero or garlic red pepper. You also get two additional ingredients of your choice (think tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers and chickpeas). A premium bowl runs $15.49, which comes with a premium protein.

SEED also serves homemade raw Kombucha in different flavors, including strawberry mojito, and blueberry ginger. Cold-pressed juice and natural soda’s are also on the menu.
