But don’t expect a regular sundae or cone at Sweet Charlie’s—all of its ice cream and frozen yogurt is made-to-order on a surface that is chilled to below 20 degrees. The ice cream is served in rolls, inspiration from the Thai ice cream-making process. The flavor combinations are endless, and the result: pure magic.
