Escape the snow with a glass (or three—who’s counting?) of the 2012 Jason-Stephens’ Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine of the week at Bacchus Wine Bar in Milton. It comes highly recommended from co-owner Debbie Sulkovsky for its bold fruity taste with notes of dark chocolate and spice. Jason-Stephens is a favorite at Bacchus, a local hotspot for Milton’s “winers and diners.” Bacchus’s “Thank You Thursday” on Jan. 28—a way of showing gratitude for customers—entails happy hour wines and discounted food all day long for Milton residents. But let’s be honest: With a glass of Jason-Stephens, every hour is happy hour.
