Bring your appetite to the Delaware Small Business Chamber’s Beefsteak Dinner, a premier dining event and culinary competition, on Tuesday, Oct. 25.
Guests will dine on nine dishes prepared by three different steakhouses, and then vote for their favorite. (Guests will not know which restaurant prepared which dishes.)
This year’s culinary competitors—Walter’s Steakhouse, 1776 Steakhouse and Steak & Main—will be serving the following: lollipop lamb chops; baby veal chop with a peppercorn demi; lamb loin chops with black currant and balsamic gastrique; slow-roasted strip loin with a java rub finished in a juniper port wine reduction; filet (beefsteak style); filet mignon with truffle butter; asparagus wrapped in mozzarella and prosciutto; root vegetable mashed potatoes; and black ravioli.
Tickets and sponsorships are available. All event proceeds go toward the DSBC Small Business Grant Fund.
