Continue with croquettes for dipping in Old Bay fondue with pommes purée and jumbo lump crab. Step 3: pork cheeks braised in Yards beer with broccoli rabe, aged provolone, roasted sesame seeds and liscio romesco. The stars: pan-seared venison loin with Quaker oats risotto, roasted beets, Kennett mushroom ragout, shoofly gastrique and scrapple salt, as well as dry-aged Pittsburgh rib eye with pickled baby vegetables, tomato confit, Gruyere emulsion, gaufrette potato and pastrami spice. You’ll have to go to find out what’s for dessert. Only 40 seats are available, so call today for your reservation. (610) 444-3940, twostonespub.com
