Brick Works Brewing and Eats, the Smyrna brewpub that utilizes locally sourced ingredients for both its beer and food, is debuting a cask-conditioned beer on Black Friday (Nov. 25).
A firkin is a keg that contains cask-conditioned beer. Cask-conditioned beer is unfiltered, unpasteurized beer that is served from a cask without additional nitrogen or carbon dioxide pressure.
Take a break from your holiday shopping to grab a pint or two, then fuel up with an order of wings or the Megatron burger.
