- Crawfish Boil: Crawfish (fresh from New Orleans), andouille sausage, shrimp, corn on the cob and potatoes cooked in spices and butter
- New Orleans Barbecue Shrimp: Steamed shrimp in Worcestershire beer-butter sauce served with grilled bread
- Voodoo shrimp and grits with cornbread
- Blackened catfish over dirty rice with corn relish
- Seafood Gumbo: Crawfish tails, shrimp, crab and catfish over rice served with cornbread
- Jambalaya: Andouille sausage, blackened chicken and shrimp in jambalaya sauce and rice
