A new eatery called Chef Rock’s Kitchen & Catering celebrated its opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony in Little Italy last week. Owned by chef Jim Rock, the restaurant has a diverse menu, including large salads (Caesar, antipasto, Caprese), sandwiches and hoagies (including the muffaletta, which originated in New Orleans, and the Hoagie Pokey, containing fresh turkey, cranberry, stuffing and mayo). There are also plenty of Italian classics on the menu, like pizzas, calzones and flatbreads.
Chef Rock’s is small, but there is a small counter with seating available. The restaurant offers free local delivery for orders over $15.
Catering packages are also available.
