Wine and Dine in Trolley Square

Oldbanks Craft Bistro, one of Trolley Square’s newest hot spots, will host a Camp Viejo wine sampling on Nov. 2. For just $30 per person, you can enjoy five unique wines paired with five delicious dishes.

The menu includes:

• First course: Cava Brut Reserva paired with salmon ceviche and a crispy wonton
• Second course: Tempranillo Rioja paired with Oldbanks fried chicken
• Third course: Garnacha paired with arugula topped with goat cheese, grilled Brussels sprouts, crispy prosciutto and finished with a balsamic glaze
• Fourth course: Rioja Reserva paired with gnocchi in a Gorgonzola cream sauce
• Fifth course: Rioja Gran Reserva paired with a spicy chorizo pizza
