Wine of the Week: Valentine's Day-Ready Rosé

The folks at a(MUSE.) in Rehoboth pride themselves on serving food and drink that inspires, and the rosé they’re recommending for Valentine’s Day—Laurent-Perrier’s Cuvée Rosé—does just that. This quintessential bubbly-rosé fusion is elegant and light with a floral aroma and notes of cherry—perfect for a Valentine’s Day date. The bottle usually sells for $145 at a(MUSE.), but on Feb. 14 the restaurant will offer it by the glass for $29. “It will be a great opportunity to try an outstanding wine without buying the entire bottle,” says Eric Overman, the restaurant’s head sommelier.
