6 plum tomatoes
3 ripe avocados (peeled, quartered, and sliced)
1 red onion (chopped small)
Juice from 2 limes
Generous splash of olive oil
Moderate splash of apple cider vinegar
Sprinkle Sea salt and black pepper as desired
Combine, chill, and enjoy!
