The Tanger Outlets in Rehoboth present a little bit of everything: a variety of shops all within a few miles of each other offering big discounts. And because of this, we tend to overlook many of the small, locally owned businesses that sell one-of-a-kind accessories, fashions and housewares. If your home or wardrobe need a bit of a refresh, then check out a few of these stand-out beach boutiques.
