It’s paella night at Café Azafran. Chef Rich Steele breaks out the 32-inch paella pan to make Spain’s signature dish, which comes with clams, shrimp, mussels, scallops, calamari, chicken and, of course, chorizo. Reservations are required. (He also makes paella on Wednesdays.)
