Bethany Beach Ocean Suites is anticipating a spring 2015 opening. The 112-all-suite property takes the place of the old Bethany Arms Motel, which was razed. The new hotel will feature a full-service spa, restaurant, conference area and 3,400-square-foot ballroom. If all goes as planned, it will be affiliated with Marriott. www.bethanybeachsuites.com
