Rocking Styles at Firefly

From sporting red, white and blue in honor of the World Cup to trendy high-waisted shorts, fashion was a sideshow.

For some, Firefly is an annual concert—to be attended simply for the music. But for many, it is about the experience—and dressing the part. Wearing jean shorts and a T-shirt just doesn’t cut it. Here’s a look at what Firefliers loved this year.

America: Perhaps as a testament to the national team playing in the concurrent World Cup, many festival-goers donned all sorts of red, white and blue.

In Short: Several Firefliers broke out their favorite high-waisted shorts, a summer staple. Here are some who wore it best.

Flower Power: Flower crowns were another festival must-have, though some gals got a bit more creative. We found a few guys sporting florals on their Hawaiian shirts, too.

The Skinny: With air-conditioned venues and golf-cart rides from stage to stage, the performers could dress as they pleased. Many lanky-legged artists were spotted in press tents and on stage, rocking the tight-pants look.

Head Turners: There were a number of fashionistas who drew impressed glances and awed stares. Which one is your favorite?
