Choose from an appetizer of lobster bisque, salad Lyonnaise or escargots Roquefort with Louis Roederer Brut. Choice of entrées includes Dover sole meuniére or veal chop with wild mushroom sauce forestéire, each served with roasted asparagus and potato-celeriac purée, both paired with Krug. End with strawberry-white chocolate Napolean with Veuve Cliquot Demi Sec. A generous $50 of each $150 ticket sold will be donated to the Alzheimer’s Association.
