Choice of entrées includes Dover sole meuniére or veal chop with wild mushroom sauce forestéire, each served with roasted asparagus and potato-celeriac purée, both paired with Krug. End with strawberry-white chocolate Napolean with Veuve Cliquot Demi Sec. A generous $50 of each $150 ticket sold will be donated to the Alzheimer’s Association.
