Ingredients:
1/2 cup real maple syrup
2 cups black beans
4 tablespoons cocoa
2 teaspoons cinnamon
3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
Directions:
1) Heat oven to 350°F. Place all ingredients in blender and blend.
2) Pour batter into lightly greased 9-inch square baking pan.
3) Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until center sets. Remove from oven; let stand 15 minutes. Garnish with fresh berries to make it look a little fancier. Makes about 8 servings.
