Kent County is a great place to live because of its diversity. We have the state capital of Dover with all of the amenities of a large city, surrounded by thousands of acres of pristine farmland and smaller communities. You can see Amish buggies on our country roads. Our economy remains strong with Dover Air Force Base, Delaware State University, the attractions at Dover Downs and Harrington Raceway as well as the State Fair in July.
