Aspire Wellness is Offering Cooking Classes for Kids

The Newark-based wellness center teaches aspiring chefs to make easy, hands-on and healthy recipes.

Spring break is coming up fast—are you panicking that your kids will be complaining endlessly about being bored? Get them out of the house and excited about something different by signing them up for cooking classes. Classes at Aspire Wellness in Newark start Saturday, March 23 at 11 a.m. and are only an hour long. They will learn how to make something new and healthy each week (see menu below).

Classes are for kids ages 7 and up. Sign up for all four classes for $69 or for $20 per class. You must RSVP at least 24 hours in advance so supplies and ingredients can be purchased. The best part about it is, you may actually acquire a willing set of helping hands next time you make dinner.
