Fork + Flask's Four-Course Wine Dinner

Fork + Flask at Nage has thoughtfully prepared a four-course meal that pairs beautifully with Sposato wine, made at a family vineyard located in Mendoza, Argentina, at the foothills of the Andes Mountains. The dinner will be held on Friday, Oct. 28, beginning at 5 p.m.

The menu will include:

First course:

  • Sposato Chardonnay
  • Smoked salmon toast with pickled beet mostarda and tarragon

Second course:

  • Sposato Bonardo
  • Braised rabbit tagliatelle with broccoli rabe, sweet peppers, cipollini agrodolce and bonarda cacciatore

Third course:

  • Sposato Malbec Reserve
  • Slow-roasted deckle with sweet potato alfajores, wild mushrooms and chimichurri

Fourth course:

  • Sposato Sweet Blend
  • Dulce de leche glazed donut with alfajores, coconut vanilla cream and guava gelée
