Delmarva Board Sport Adventures SUP Yoga
For a unique outdoor yoga experience, Delmarva Board Sport Adventures offers a standup paddleboard yoga class series throughout the warm season. Most Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, the watersport company partners with Dewey Beach Yoga to teach standup paddleboard yoga. The experience is $53 per person and must be booked in advance.

Rockwood Park & Museum
Yoga instructor Maryann Quinn teaches outdoor yoga classes throughout the summer season at Rockwood Park. Full moon yoga takes place on June 21, July 19 and August 16 at 5:30 p.m. The cost is $10 for New Castle County residents and $15 for out-of-county participants. Or, join Quinn on Tuesdays for morning flow yoga at 9 a.m. The hour-long yoga practices are suitable for ages 16-plus and cost $6 for New Castle County residents. Register online for an upcoming Tuesday class.

Mt. Cuba Center
Enjoy summer outdoor yoga at Mt. Cuba Center every Saturday throughout the summer from 10-11 a.m. The classes are instructed by John McElderry, a sound therapist and credentialed Yoga Alliance teacher with over 20 years of experience. Mt. Cuba’s serene gardens act as an ideal backdrop to increase range of motion, develop core strength and practice mindfulness. These sessions are teen-friendly, but minors must be accompanied by an enrolled adult.

Crooked Hammock Brewery’s Yoga in the Yard
On select Sundays throughout the season, Middletown’s Crooked Hammock hosts Yoga in the Yard at 10 a.m. This is a great beginner class, teaching meditation techniques to find your Zen and cultivate strength, flexibility and balance.
