Migrating waterfowl aren’t the only species making regular returns to Kent County. Twice a year NASCAR fans start their engines and head for the Monster Mile at Dover International Speedway. The Monster Mile experience includes the popular FanZone located just outside Turn 4 of the track where fans can meet and greet their favorite stars, rock out to live music and watch SPEED’s live broadcast.
