A three-day weekend gets a little bit better when you’ve got an event to attend. This is especially true if that event involves food. We’ve rounded up some of the can’t-miss events happening this Labor Day weekend around Delaware. So, come hungry, because you won’t want to miss these.

Dover Downs Hotel & Casino Holiday Weekend

The Arden Club’s 112th Arden Fair
Bring the whole family to the Arden Fair and enjoy children’s rides and games, handmade crafts from over 100 vendors, an antiques market, used books, plants, live music, food and drink, an art exhibit and more. Admission and shuttle buses are free for attendees.

Beach Goes Red, White & Blue
The Rehoboth Beach-Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce hosts the fifth annual Labor Day weekend celebration at it salutes police officers, firefighters, paramedics, our military, medical frontline workers and all those who serve. From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., guests can enjoy demonstrations and displays from local frontline workers, patriotic face painting and so much more.

Chaddsford Winery’s ’90s Labor Day Festival
Enjoy retro music from local musicians during the (unofficial) final weekend of summer while sipping on Pennsylvania-made wines and featured cocktails. Food trucks will be onsite serving up snacks and street food. Admission is free this Labor Day weekend, except for the purchase of food and drinks.
