Marnie Oursler is the CEO of Marnie Custom Homes, where she and her team build innovative, luxurious yet laidback beach retreats. She also dabbles in television, and hosts DIY Network’s “Big Beach Builds,” as well as “HGTV Dream Home 2018.” Oursler was born in Washington, D.C., and currently splits her time between Annapolis, Maryland, and Bethany Beach.
