Greenville has long been a major shopping destination for clothing, jewelry, gifts and home furnishings. And in the span of just 10 days, customers will have gained two additional reasons to head to Kennett Pike.
On Wednesday, Aug. 29, luxury beauty boutique Houppette reopened in its new spot in Greenville Crossing. Owners Lizzie Johnson and Cristi Miller recently closed both their Kennett Square and former Greenville stores so that they could expand into a single, larger location. The boutique, which has been in business for 17 years, will continue to focus on all aspects of makeup and skincare, with the added availability of facial services.
And on Friday, Sept. 7, women’s boutique Blythe is opening in Powder Mill Square, in the same space that Two Sisters lived before relocating to North Wilmington last year. Owner Ashley Murphy is hosting a two-day grand-opening celebration: Friday, Sept. 7, from 5–8 p.m., and Saturday, Sept. 8, from 9 a.m.–noon. Stop in for Champagne, Bellinis and the chance to score between 10 and 50 percent off merchandise.
Houppette is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m.–6 pm., and Saturday from 10 a.m.–5 p.m.
Blythe is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday from 10 a.m.–6 p.m., Thursday from 10 a.m.–7 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m.–2 p.m.
