One Thing I’ve Learned in Delaware: Lucinda Williams of the Delaware Symphony Orchestra in Wilmington says the DSO is World Class

Lucinda William, outgoing executive director of the Delaware Symphony Orchestra

During my journey with the symphony, one thing I learned: You don’t have to live in a major city to have a world class orchestra close to home.
