We like Palacio Maya for authentic fare such as the nopalito salad of marinated cactus with avocado, queso fresco, cilantro and greens, and for poblanos stuffed with ground pork and beef, dried fruit and raisins, and almonds in a creamy walnut sauce. We like the cozy, cheerful feeling of the place. And we like the menu of Mexican standards, such as enchiladas and chimichangas, which are offered with all the expected fillings.
