Sunshine Smoothie

  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger
  • Juice of one orange
  • 3/4 cup coconut water

Place ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. You can add a little ice, if you like.
