Sunshine Smoothie
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1-inch piece of fresh ginger
- Juice of one orange
- 3/4 cup coconut water
Place ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. You can add a little ice, if you like.
