Keeping your home neat and tidy is one thing, but keeping your décor fresh for holidays, changing trends and new seasons can be exhausting—and pricy.
If decorating isn’t one of your passions or you just don’t have the time to dedicate to it, The Vintage Pantry Co. in North Wilmington has created a solution. The small family-owned shop—which opened in 2017 and sells a mix of vintage goods, artisan products, local artwork and organic items—recently launched FrillsBox, a subscription service for your home.

Similar to Birchbox, which is a monthly subscription service that sends its subscribers a box of four to five selected samples of makeup or other beauty-related products, FrillsBox is a subscription service that contains an assortment of small vintage items and locally handmade items that fit each season.
Blair Lee, who is in charge of The Vintage Pantry’s design and merchandising, says that the idea came about as a way to make decorating more convenient for their customers.
“When people sign up they get a link to a survey so their FrillsBox is geared toward their taste,” says Lee.
Each FrillsBox contains an informational card describing each item and recommendations on how to use and display them in your home.
