Watermelon Salad Recipe

Eating healthy doesn’t have to be difficult, and delicious doesn’t have to be complicated. This watermelon salad recipe from Grain Craft Bar + Kitchen in Newark is the perfect dish to bring to a BBQ or to whip up for a weekday dinner. It’s a satisfying meal made with in-season ingredients available right at your local farmers’ market.

Ingredients:

2.5 ounces arugula
4 ounces diced watermelon
4 ounces jumbo lump crabmeat

Instructions:

Place the arugula, watermelon and lump crab in a bowl and serve. Grain serves this salad with its citrus vinaigrette dressing—a secret recipe—but any vinaigrette would work as a substitute. Enjoy!
