In 1921 when Goodwill of Delaware was established, no one could have imagined how differently people would work today. Today Goodwill of Delaware helps build a stronger regional economy by preparing people who are experiencing barriers to self-sufficiency for the workforce needs of Delaware employers – delivering job training and placing on average, more than 600 people into employment each year.
