United Medical Accountable Care Organization (UMACO) is a multispecialty ACO comprising over 180 physicians and about 115,000 primary care patients. UMACO is a clinically integrated health system and a business partner of Oracle Cerner. It comprises the largest independent network of professionals in a group practice arrangement in Delaware. UMACO delivers top-notch care to patients while achieving about $20m savings between Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurance. As we transition from the pandemic, our success at implementing a co-management framework for care delivery has enabled us to integrate new digital health tools to meet our members where they are.
