The YMCA is much more than amazing fitness centers and pools. It’s a safe space where Delawareans improve their health, communities are united, youth are put on a pathway to success and everyone belongs.
At the Y, we believe access to healthy living and youth development programs should be available to all individuals and families. To make this possible, each year, nearly $4 million in financial assistance is provided to those in need of valuable YMCA programs. Whether it’s a mom signing her child up for quality after-school care, a cancer survivor discovering a new support system, a teen gaining confidence through leadership programs or a senior citizen finding independence and new friends, the Y is dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming space for all.
