Heidy Cantoran and Hope Lopez have the key elements needed to stay relevant in this ever-evolving industry. They opened 1857 Jackson House, an American-style restaurant described as “elevated comfort food,” in Dover in 2023. Cantoran and Lopez decided to relocate Jackson House to Middletown, opening the new location in November 2024.
