In 2011, Dan Rankin and his wife, Danielle, founded Kirkin Exteriors. With Dan’s knowledge, work ethic, and passion for all things roofing and home repair, the company grew to serve both the commercial and residential communities of Delaware for over 13 years.
Tragically, on Jan. 24, 2024, Dan was struck and killed by an impaired driver. He was out for a run, training for a Spartan 50K race.
Since that fateful day, Kirkin customers have asked about the future of the business. As the Face of Roofing, we are here to stay. We will continue to honor Dan and his legacy, alongside Danielle, and keep growing as a home exterior business—and Delaware’s best roofer.
