Strapless isn’t the only type of neckline a bride can wear. Halters can be divine, too, while offering a little more support. Champagne dress with a lace overlay by Cymbeline Ensembles, $2,500, at Anastasia’s Bridal Salon in Greenville.

  

 

 

A ribbon at the natural waist defines curves while a deep V-neck is both subtle and feminine. Gown by Melissa Sweet, $3,500, at Jennifer’s Bridal in Hockessin. Jewelry is the model’s own.

A balloon skirt in bronze and lavendar fabric is the definition of modern styling. A scoop neck shows off the delicate curves of a woman’s neck. The silk charmeuse gown is by Amy Michelson, $2,400, at Anastasia’s Bridal in Greenville. A 3.04 carat pink tourmaline is the focus of an 18-karat white gold ring, which is accented with 1.15 carats of diamonds, $4,250, at Continental Jewelers in North Wilmington. Beading along the bustline of a strapless gown adds instant glamour while dramatic rouching and a dropped waist create a very current look.
