Right angle

The open floor plan of this living area, designed and built by Marnie Homes, features cathedral ceilings, custom woodwork and an angled design that makes the most of the ocean view.

Highlands highlight

Top among the priorities of the owners of this twin in The Highlands of Wilmington was functionality, including additional storage in every room. Timeless Design by Kate FitzGerald-Wilks created a foyer in the living room by adding a custom coat rack, a storage bench, and radiator covers that now hold boxes where the family can stow keys and sunglasses. The conversation area, done in neutrally colored walls with blue-green accents with two swiveling armchairs, feels serene. Users can talk by the coffee table or enjoy the fire simply by simply turning the chairs.

Breath of fresh air

Cathedral ceilings, a fireplace and several living spaces define this open, airy design by Marnie Homes.
