Weiner & Associates constructed Emblem Apartments at Christiana, a 245-luxury apartment community featuring exceptional amenities like walk-in closets, oversized windows, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and sleek cabinetry. A focal point of the community is the large contemporary clubhouse with a state-of-the-art exercise facility, resident lounge, gaming area and great room, along with an adjacent resort-style pool and grilling area. Every aspect of the project’s design, construction and operation meet the National Green Building Standards (NGBS).

When designing the Layton residence in Bethany Beach, SEA Studio Architects’ primary goal was to create a modern getaway for a young family. They succeeded—and then some—by creating a fun and functional home, complete with an open floor plan and funky fixtures with just the right amount of color and personality.
