This classic Rehoboth Beach cottage was originally built in the 1980s. During the restoration, Alesi Custom Builders & Renovators, Inc. kept 51 percent of the original structure.

Built in 1903, the sprawling historic Bancroft Home nestled in The Highlands was in need of an overhaul for an active and growing family of four. Cheryl Umbles Interior Design transitioned the home into a space that welcomed its new family at every turn, with custom furnishings, neutral palettes and stunning lighting design.
