Lewes Historical Society Summer Craft Fair

Saturday, July 14, 9 a.m.–4 p.m.

More than 60 artisans from the Delmarva region and the Eastern Shore will flock to the picturesque grounds of the Lewes Historical Society to display their fine crafts and art. This year’s featured artist is Milton native Pamella Bounds-Seemans, who is celebrated for acrylic paintings with collage borders and hand-painted frames. Admission is $5 per person. It’s free for children under 12.

60th Annual Lewes Antique Show & Sale

Friday, July 13, and Saturday, July 14, 10 a.m.–5 p.m.

Twenty-four regional antiques dealers will participate in this indoor show in Bethel United Methodist Church’s fellowship hall. Lunch is available.

The $5 admission includes both days.

30th Annual Sandcastle Contest

Saturday, July 14, 9:30 a.m.–2 p.m.

Delaware’s Division of Parks and Recreation will hold this family-friendly event in Delaware Seashore State Park near the Indian River Inlet Bridge. More than 100 people are expected to participate in 30 teams. The contest is free to enter with park admission. Judging starts at 1 p.m.
