Historic Odessa Foundation’s Corbit-Sharp House Hosts “A Madeline Christmas”

Share

The Historic Odessa Foundation will transform the landmark Corbit-Sharp House into the holiday exhibit “A Madeline Christmas” through Jan. 5. Adapted from the 1956 children’s story “Madeline’s Christmas,” the house will be adorned as Madeline’s Paris boarding school. See a dining room set for 12 girls, a beautiful Christmas parlor, a kitchen stacked with dirty dishes and a bedroom, with two rows of six beds. Other Historic Houses of Odessa will be open for the season, with hearth cooking demos and candlelight tours. (378-4119, historicodessa.org)
