Come out and Enjoy a Drag Show in Milton

World-class cabaret performer Magnolia Applebottom performs at the Milton Theatre this Friday night. She may be kooky and in the middle of a mid-life crisis, but if you attend her show, you’ll have a good laugh and a smile on your face.

Enjoy the Prehistoric Experience at the Brandywine Zoo

Want to learn about your favorite animal’s prehistoric ancestors? The Brandywine Zoo offers visitors a Jurassic experience on the prehistoric life of Delaware with their partners at the Delaware Museum of Nature and Science. Guests will get a sneak peak of the upcoming Permian Monsters exhibit and visit special guests from the Edelman Fossil Park and the Iron Hill Center. Attractions are available on July 13 and 14.

Sign Your Kids up for the Art Program at the Mt. Cuba Center

For the afternoon, kids ages four to 12 can join an art program in the gardens at the Mt. Cuba Center. This program is being led by partner Eunice LaFate, an award-winning folk artist. Children will create a mural from the materials provided and will be able to take their paintings home.

Get Your Tickets to See Fitz and the Tantrums

Multi-platinum artists Fitz and the Tantrums have recently released their fourth album, All The Feels. Having performed on national television shows like Good Morning America and at music festivals like Coachella, the band will take the stage in southern Delaware. Tickets are $49 with fees for the weekend show.
