Participate in Delmarva Winter Dogfish BirdINNg Weekend

Partnering with Dogfish Inn, the Delmarva winter birding event is one of the biggest of the year. If you enjoy nature and birdwatching, this weekend-long event is for you. Field trips include Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge, Cape Henlopen, the Ocean City Inlet and more to experience the variety in wildlife that Delaware has to offer. Last year, over 100 species of birds were tallied throughout the event, including Great Cormorant, Razorbill and American White Pelican.

Go to the Fire & Ice Festival in Southern Delaware

Lights, camera, action! This year’s Fire & Ice Festival has a movie magic theme. Enjoy ice sculptures inspired by iconic films. Plus, have fun with ice skating, plenty of shows and entertainment, food trucks, beer gardens and so much more throughout Delaware’s Quiet Resorts. Attend a Brunch Cocktail Workshop at Stitch House Brewery

Learn how to create three brunch cocktails accompanied by small brunch plates courtesy of Stitch House Brewery. The workshop will include a not-so-Irish coffee with marshmallow and a chocolate-dipped waffle, a brunch punch with all the fruity and boozy flavors and a mango mojito mimosa. Tickets are $120, and get you three cocktails and brunch plates, all the tools you need to create the cocktails and a cocktail recipe card to recreate the cocktails at home.
