Santa’s House on the Boardwalk

In Southern Delaware, families can visit the jolly old man at his iconic Boardwalk house in Rehoboth. Santa’s house is open for visitors at select times on weekends throughout the season. Find a full list of dates and times here.

This annual holiday village is a great place to meet Santa and Mrs. Claus. Moms and dads, meanwhile, can enjoy libations from the beer garden, Dewey Beer Co. and Dogfish Head. Santa Claus Express

Weekends, 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. departures

The Wilmington & Western Railroad presents its annual Santa Claus Express. Why wait in line to meet Santa when you can hop aboard a train and have him come to you? This is a great annual event that many Delaware families look forward to each year. Enjoy a ride in a festive, historic train car covered in dazzling holiday lights. Neighbors along the tracks decorate their homes and properties for riders to enjoy. Grab your tickets and enjoy this unique experience reminiscent of The Polar Express.

Donuts With Santa at Fifer’s

November 30, December 7, 14 & 21; 12-4 p.m.

Holidays at Fifer’s are better with Santa! Tickets include an opportunity to get photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus, an apple cider donut and access to additional activities like face painting, The Little Farm, hot cocoa and apple cider.

Dagsboro Christmas Parade

December 10, 7-9 p.m.

Check out the 11th annual Dagsboro Christmas Parade. Enjoy floats, marching units, fire trucks and a visit from Santa. The parade begins at the entrance to Indian River High School on Main Street and comes into town, turning left on Clayton Street and ending at the Fire Hall.
