OpenBracket, a computer coding program that’s seen tremendous success with its annual conference, is just one of many projects Kirsten McGregor works on as principal of Sagax Associates.
She also focuses on economic development in all sorts of industries, building community engagement, developing policies, managing external relations and sometimes fundraising for her list of clients.
“I created a consulting practice so I could work on a variety of projects, making Delaware a better place to live, work and play,” she says. Life’s about balance after all. McGregor finds that balance by meditating before she goes to sleep every day. But then she’s back in action, working before the sun rises. She rewards herself after a hard day with fitness.
“I’ll attend a barre class at Pure Barre or run Delaware’s beautiful trails.”
